We’ve become regulars here since moving to the area. We recently ordered a meal and when we got home it was completely wrong (they were exceptionally busy, these things happen). However, it was late and we were too hungry to go back or wait for a delivery. We phoned and let the restaurant know and they promised to repeat the order for free the next time. The restaurant honoured this and we had the order Saturday night. I’ve got to say it was the best we’ve had (even the naan bread was amazing, nice and doughy in places). So we will continue coming here for our Indian and look forward to eating in when we get the chance.

Just wow!! We had our 2024 scooter do here never been before. The room we were seated in was very nice, the food was excellent and the service was amazing. There was 13 of us in total not one order wrong food piping hot, staff really nice could have not asked for more. Great prices will definitely recommend to friends & family and will definitely be paying a visit back 5 for sure. Stone Faces Scooter Club

I love this place my favourite dish is the SK Zafrani this is to die for. We go most weekends and the service is always impeccable. A beautiful spot with wonderful staff. I Recommend this place on my life !!!

My Wife & I booked a table for 7.30pm last night, as soon as we entered the restaurant the staff were exceptionally helpful, the menu was very informative regarding the large choice of meals available, When the meals arrived they were hot, not warm like some restaurants we've been too, the manager we spoke to was very helpful & his staff were definitely providing exceptional customer service skills, We couldn't fault one thing about this restaurant, absolutely superb service from beginning to end & because of this we will definitely be calling again as soon as we can, even if we use the takeaway this restaurant is definitely one to remember, for exceptionally good quality food & 100% customer service give the Balti Palace a visit as you certainly won't be disappointed.

Got a takeaway from here twice while staying in the area for the week. They got everything right on orders for 15 people and threw in a couple of free glasses of wine. The service is great, delicious food, highly recommend!

First time back since new ownership and everything is first rate. Really tasty appetisers had by all and the curries were sublime. Cobra flowed far too easily due to the super attentive staff. Now become my daughters favourite restaurant.
